Based on your preferences, we will look for a suitable rental property. After a careful selection, we will forward all suitable properties and relevant information to you. This can easily be done via Whatsapp or by email.

Viewing
Do you see your perfect home? We ensure that you can view the house by appointment. You can come to the viewing in person or we will facilitate a video viewing.

Advice
We advise you on various aspects, including the rental price, terms and delivery, in order to reach an agreement that optimally represents your interests.

Transfer
Together, we inspect the home and provide a thorough inspection report. In addition, we represent you when signing the rental agreement and transferring the home.
Question & Answer
Does Hauzy have a minimum fee?
Yes, that's correct. The minimum fee is €1,250 excluding VAT. For properties where one month's rent is higher than €1,250, the fee is one month's rent excluding VAT. For properties where one month's rent is less than €1,250, the standard fee of €1,250 excluding VAT applies.
What does “no cure, no pay” mean?
You only pay when we have found a home for you and you have signed the rental contract. The allowance is one month's rent + 21% VAT. No home = no costs.

How do I receive the properties you find?
